Open NETCHEAT and click on options.
Set it to ccapi if you use it, if not leave it on tmapi.
On my forum above click on the .ncl name to download the file.
If you are on BLUS then click on Assassin's Creed Rogue US BLUS31465 01.01.ncl to download.
If you on BLES then click on the BLES.ncl to download.
Start NETCHEAT and then start game.
Connect and attach NETCHEAT.
After you attach then click on import and select the .ncl file.
From there you just select the cheat you want to activate and click on write and code will be activated.
